large fish fillets (200 grams / 15-20mm thick each)
dhu fish/red emperor/snapper most suitable

1/2

cup oil

6

cloves garlic

juice of 1 lemon

salt and pepper to taste

   
 

Method:

Marinate fish in mixture of oil, lemon juice and garlic for 30 minutes. Heat skillet until very hot.


Grill fish for 3 minutes each side. Add salt and pepper.


Serve with a salad. Serves 6
