small fish fillets (1/2 inch thick each)

2

cups of plain flour

1

cup of olive oil

salt & pepper

4

eggs

300 ml

milk

   
 

Method:

Batter: Place eggs and milk in bowl, beat and add flour until creamy, not thick.


Heat oil in pan until it begins to smoke. Flour each peice of fish, dip in batter and place in oil.


Cook for approximately 2 minutes each side. When cooked place on drainer and serve wih lemon juice.


Add pepper and salt to taste


Serves 6.
