kg large prawn flesh or cutlets

cloves garlic

1

cup of chilli infused oil

1

chopped brown onion

4

tablespoons of soy sauce

cracked black pepper

tabasco sauce

   
 

Method:

Skewer prawns and marinate in above ingredients, refrigerate for 24 hours.
BBQ for only 1-2 mnutes each side, ensuring not to overcook.


Serve immediately.
